Generally with most companies, it will take about 24hrs to dry. With Green Planet, we make a second pass after cleaning without water so it will extract more water out of the carpets. Therefore, the carpets will dry in half the time.

The answer to this question is no. A mild pre-conditioner is applied before cleaning and then is followed up by hot water which rinses out any residue that is left.
